NexGen Services Challenge Launch

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, launched the “NexGen Services Challenge” — a groundbreaking initiative that marks a new milestone in the development of government services in the emirate. It sets the stage for a future defined by simplicity, speed, and efficiency in delivering services to customers.

The program aims to eliminate more than 1,000 unnecessary government procedures, reduce processing times by no less than 50%, and eliminate all redundant and non-essential requirements and conditions.

His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman said:
“Today, we launch the Ajman Future Services Challenge as a reaffirmation of our firm commitment to enhancing the efficiency of government services and simplifying procedures, in line with our community’s aspirations for a more agile and innovative future.”

He added:
“This program represents a qualitative leap towards building a comprehensive service ecosystem that places people at the heart of government work and relies on innovation and digitization to enhance the customer journey.”

He continued:
“Through the partnership between the Prime Minister’s Office and the Department of Digital Ajman, we are establishing a progressive government model that responds to change and strengthens Ajman’s position as a leading destination for smart and distinguished government services.”

His Highness also emphasized:
“We believe change begins with rethinking how government services are delivered — by integrating the Zero Bureaucracy initiative with the Holistic Experience Program. With this launch, we reaffirm our commitment to building a more efficient and flexible government capable of providing an exceptional customer experience.”

In a video message addressed to the Ajman Government team, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said:
“You always prove that you are up to every challenge. You work as one team, achieving success through your unity and dedication. Today, we begin a new journey together — one in which we show the world once again that we do not believe in the impossible.”

His Highness concluded:
“Through the UAE Government’s Zero Bureaucracy initiative and the Holistic Experience Program by the Department of Digital Ajman, we aspire to build a government experience marked by fewer complications, easier services, and a better quality of life for everyone living in this emirate. People are at the core of all our efforts — and so, the countdown to the Ajman Future Services Challenge begins now.”
